Women's Sizes

Step 1. Estimate your absorbency level.

  • Up to One-Fourth Cup is Light Absorbency. Known as dribbles (Leakproof up to 89 ml of liquid).
  • Up to One-Half Cup is Regular Absorbency. Known as minor leaks (Leakproof up to 148 ml of liquid).
  • Up to One Cup is Super Absorbency. Known as moderate leaks (Leakproof up to 296 ml of liquid). 
  • Up to Two Cups is Maximum Absorbency. Known as heavy leaks (Leakproof up to 591 ml of liquid).

Step 2. Measure your waist size.

Be sure to measure from the widest part of your hips, including your rear.
